Received calls appear with +44

Hi there

First time posting.

Ive just transferred over from iPhone 7 to Xs and noticed that all received calls on this phone appear with the +44 before the number irrespective of if I know the number (stored in my contacts) or not.

Is there anyway to stop all calls received having the +44 before the number?

Ive just been onto Vodafone and they state it’s due to iOS 12, I have no idea if this is true.

Can anyone offer any advice on how to revert back to numbers appearing without +44?

Incoming call help needed What setting do I need to change to view the phone number that’s calling me vs the city/state or “possible spam”? I use my phone for work a lot and don’t save all of the contacts but not being able to view the actual phone number trips me up.

Caller ID says Maybe Hi, Please, when I receive a call, from where Apple or my iPhone fetch the information to display '' Maybe'' with a name next to a phone number that I dont have in my contact list? Thank you!
