My phone will only charge in the car and not anywhere else
My IPhone 6SPlus will only charge in my car. Not in the house or anybody else’s car. Brought new apple cord & it’s still the same.

Sounds like an issue with the charging port. If you have tried multiple cords and the only one that works is the one in the car, that's probably just a coincidence.
