Why is money coming out my account
I have a £10 iTunes payment keep coming out of my bank acount every month and I have cancelled but you Are still taking the money

See if there is still an active subscription on your account: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
Note that canceling a subscription does not generate a refund, it only stops the automatic renewal.
It is also possible that charges from some account other than your own are hitting your bank account. if that is the case, follow the steps in here:
