How to cancel a subscription when you cant see it?

I bought a free, 3 day trial to an app and I’ve been trying to cancel the subscrition through settings>appstore>subscriptions but when i click on the one i want to cancel it just shows a white screen and now I can’t download anything because they billed me! What do i do?
