I just downloaded Mojave and now when I drag and drop images to my desktop or screen shot images they are taking a very long time to show up on my desktop. Can anyone tell me why or offer a solution to the problem? Thanks!

Even when i do that it doesn't make the drag drop appear any faster, I am at over a minute now on my latest drag drop image. I work in social media and a HUGE part of my job is taking photos off of our suppliers social media and uploading them to my company's page and what went from like 1 second is now over a minute is a pretty big issue.
Try choosing a different location to store your screenshots. I’m guessing they are going to some online location (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox maybe). Maybe you have Documents & Desktop on iCloud and your screenshots are going to the Desktop.
