I just purchased an none used (new) iphone x and i am worried that it was used before since its system was ios 11.2.1 i think it should be 11.1.1
Also another thing is the cellular reset was last reseted on jan 2018
Please help
The iOS version will depend on when it was manufactured.
iOS 11.2.1 was released on December 2017. If the iPhone was manufactured in december or January it would have received that iOS version.
The reset date comes from it being tested and iOS installed on it in factory.
Nothing particularly strange about that.

Where did you buy it? If it was at an Apple Store or other Authorized Reseller, it should be OK.
Otherwise, it is hard to tell.
