My iPhone can’t backup

I got this iPhone 6n it just locked itself. Reason being it’s not backed up. I had to get a new iPhone which was my intent though for upgrading User uploaded fileBuh now my poor iPhone 6 is still not functioning. I press home button n there’s this pop up message that ***** iPhone isn’t backed up ...I need help

This discussion may help, it talks about a Forced Restart to initially clear the popup, but you will then need to resolve why backups are not being done.


"iCloud Backup" message won't go away & locks the screen.
