How do I remove Linkey from my MacBook Pro

Just reinstalled my OS to refresh the system because I was getting kernal crashes. Now, when I launch Safari, it defaults to Linkey instead of Google for searching. I went through all the steps in the Safari preferences to clear it out. I even installd MalWareBytes and ran a scan. It found other adware malware and removed them but Linkey is still there.

Anyone have a solution to get rid of it? I hate to have to go through reformating my drive and reinstalling everything. The Apple Store near me is closed and undergoing a remodel so I can't get to Apple Genius Bar. UGH!
