Multiple Displays Cursor lost disappears

I added a couple of 27" Dell displays to my 2016 MacBook Pro (2 Thunderbolt).The computer drives them perfectly, but the operator? Not so much.

I keep losing the cursor! I figured there would be some third party apps out there that might make the cursor bigger, or temporarily easy to find; but I have not found it, mostly searching at macupdate.com (what a shadow of former glory but that's a different topic). I suppose ideally I'd like a crosshair or something big to appear when a modifier is pressed; but at this point any solution is better than no solution.

Best so far appears to be a SysPref called MouseLocator, which works, much of the time. It's flakey plus it is 32 bit, so even when working it will be deprecated.

I can't be the only one with a setup like this that could use help locating the cursor? Anyone else?
