front facing camera cloudy

I shot a quick video for the first time in a while today using the front-facing camera, and the video came out cloudy and hazy. I shot another video with the regular camera, and it came out crystal clear. After cleaning the lens with standard electronics screen cleaner, videos with the front facing camera are still cloudy.

Any ideas on what I could do for this short of getting a new phone? This iPhone is outside it's warranty.
