Apple TV constantly crashing

Apple TV keeps crashing I have an Apple TV (I believe its 1st generation) that keeps crashing when I want to watch Netflix. It used to do it once in a while and not with every show. Now it does it with every show/movie I try to watch. I checked and the system is up to date. And I'm not using wifi but a cable connection. Thanks for the help. Matt

apple tv 4k crashes Since updating to TV Os 16.3 my Apple TV 4K crashes about 1-2 times per hour. Screen goes black and no audio, comes back alive after 10-15 seconds. Now on 16.3.2 and problem persists. (I have another Apple TV 4K running with same setup that does not have the same problem.)

apple tv app on fire tv (insingnia) crashes I’ve cleared the cache, cleared the data, uninstalled, rebooted tv and reinstalled… multiple times. The Apple TV starts, but then just crashes after a few seconds. Fire tv and Apple TV apps are updated. I deleted a bunch of apps to make more room… there is plenty. what is left? What else can I try?
