USB-C plugs fall out

macbook pro 15" 2017
it makes it IMPOSSIBLE to use an external HD with these connectors
power cord does the same thing

Is there a solution for this???

Hi,

You'd better make Genius Bar reservation or take your MacBook Pro to Apple authorized service provider to fix it up.
