Did anyone else not get a full refund from dramafever?

Dramafever closed their business. They said they’d give full refunds to everyone. I pay for two subscription, mine and my mothers. They took the money out the 15th, they closed the 17, all I got back for a refund was 3 dollars and change for one and one dollar and change for the other. Granted I understand it’s only 7 dollar, but who decides to only do a partial refund. The email sent says itunes decided to refund the partial amount. Why? If feel that’s not trustworthy of Apple to do that.

Hi aAgAnisoptera,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I see you have a question about a refund from a third-party developer.

To clarify, are they refunding you themselves, or are they refunding you through your iTunes account? If they're processing the refund, you'd want to reach out to them with any questions. You can use the steps here to reach out, from the article How to contact an app developer .

On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  1. Open the App Store. Make sure that you're signed in with the Apple ID that you purchased or downloaded the app with.
  2. Search for the app, then tap it. You can also find the app in your purchases: Tap Today, then tap User uploaded file or your photo in the upper-right corner of the screen. Tap Purchased, then find the app. You might need to tap "Not on this [device]" to see all of your apps.
  3. Swipe up to find the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.

On the other hand, you may also try contacting the iTunes Store support team. You can use this link to reach them: iTunes Support .

I hope this helps.

Take care.
