Cannot restore the startup disk as a single partition

Hello I want to restore the startup disk as a single partition but got the "The startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition." message on bootcamp assistant.

I tried several things to fix that but didn't work (formatting the bootcamp partition in different formats..)

Here is the diskutil list:

/dev/disk0 (internal, physical):

#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER

0: GUID_partition_scheme *251.0 GB
disk0

1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB
disk0s1

2: Apple_HFS Macintosh HD 141.4 GB
disk0s2

3: Microsoft Basic Data 650.0 MB
disk0s3

4: Apple_HFS BOOTCAMP 100.2 GB
disk0s4

5: Windows Recovery 471.9 MB
disk0s5

Thanks

Here is an example from my Mac.

It seems to have worked! Is it normal that my external disk is still listed even if it's not connected to my mac?
