How do I setup and use Visual Voicemail on the second number on my Hong Kong Dual Sim XS Max?

I have a Dual Sim (Hong Kong) iPhone XS Max. How do I setup Visual Voicemail on the second line and also get notifications of when I have a new voicemail on that line? Thanks!

iPhone XS Max, iOS 12.0.1, Hong Kong Dual Sim

Turns out that by setting up voicemail (calling the second sim's phone number while it's active) let's me setup voicemail. After that, Visual Voicemail works, however doesn't tell you which number the call came from.

So there is no Visual Voicemail that is for each separate line - only one that is shared. Users will have to guess which number the call came from. Transcriptions doesn't work either :-/

The XS Max from other countries, like Hong Kong, is fully operational with Dual Sim. Our company has many Asia employees here in the US. It's e-sim that's not working yet.

While I'm visiting the US, but the same question applies in Asia, how do we setup Visual Voicemail on the second line or receive voicemail notifications? Thanks
