iPhone deleting videos in TV app

As of yesterday, when I go to play a movie or video through the TV app, it tries to load and then goes back to the movie list. If I try to play it again, it shows "no content". I transferred a movie to my phone and started playing it though iTunes from the phone. Then when I go to play the movie from the phone, it "deletes" it. I tried it with a different video that has been on my phone for months and has had no trouble playing and it does the same thing.
