Having issues with AOL and Outlook - inbox not populating

My outlook inbox just stopped a few days ago. Not more inbox entries. Deleted and reinstalled. Sent items populating. Any ideas?

AOL inbox greyed out This seems very strange. All of the sudden when I check my AOL email using the regular Mail app, the inbox folder within the list of folders is greyed out. It has a number next to it showing how many unread emails it has but it cannot be accessed. But at the top of the screen under the word mailboxes and over the word VIP it can be accessed. All other folders work fine. I have tried everything including deleting and reinstalling the AOL account and even reformatting the entire Ipad at least 4 times. Can't figure out why this is happening all of the sudden.

Outlook unread numbers not appearing on icon I have followed all the suggestions made on this forum but am still not getting the numbers of unread emails appearing on the outlook icon, unless I go into the emails and back out again. This was working fine till two weeks ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, badges is selected etc. I went to an apple store and they couldn’t help either. Please can anyone advise me how to fix this annoying fault? Thank you.

AOL email keeps reloading I just switched providers and noticed that when i got into my mail app that my mailbox is empty and it takes a few minutes to rebuild? There is no rhyme or reason as to when this happens!
