How to re-enable my Apple ID

When I go to buy an app or get a app for free or even update it says that my Apple ID is disabled

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
