Error installing macOS Mojave

This is the error I'm getting during the installation process. I'm currently running macOS High Sierra, my system is a MacBook Air from early 2015 with a solid state drive, and the drive is encrypted. I can't find any reference to "damaged Core Storage users" anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you are not able to install macOS Mojave, getting an error message referencing "damaged Core Storage users". I have a couple of suggestions for this issue.

First, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > FileVault. If you get a message "FileVault is not enabled for all users", click the button to fix and follow the prompts.

If that doesn't work or you don't get that message, then create a new administrative user and install from that user. You can follow the steps in this support article to create a new admin user: macOS Sierra: Set up users, guests, and groups on your Mac

Carlos - your first suggestion was exactly what I needed. My FileVault was not enabled for all users. Oddly enough, when I enabled it, the only user that popped up was the only user account I have on this laptop, which is also the admin.
