Is Airpods not fitting in my ear MY fault?

I have always stopped myself from buying airpods because I thought I would misplace them or step on them. Yesterday night I finally decided to buy them and was super excited. Not even 2 hours into owning Airpods the right airpod fell out of my ear and down my drain. I am extremely upset that I now have to buy a new replacement even though I did not touch, adjust, or drop the airpod. I am extremely dissapointed in Apple’s product and feel cheated in buying a new one. I was also not offered any warrantee or anything at purchase. How is it my fault that they didnt fit right?
