I want to costumize a MacBook Air with Arabic and English language can they come together or not
I need a device that supports both languages Arabic and English on one keyboard, can I costumize it from apple store ?

All Arabic keyboards also have English on them, otherwise you could not type most email and web addresses.
To find out if you can buy one in the country where you live, just go to the Apple online store and check whether is offered. It is no problem in the US, but every country is different.
Apple stores do not ship outside their own country.
