can't remove bootcamp partition on Mojave

My diskutil list looks like the following:

iMac:~ $ diskutil
list

/dev/disk0 (internal, physical):

#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER

0: GUID_partition_scheme *121.3 GB
disk0

1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB
disk0s1

2: Apple_APFS Container disk2 121.1 GB
disk0s2

/dev/disk1 (internal, physical):

#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER

0: GUID_partition_scheme *1.0 TB disk1

1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB
disk1s1

2: Apple_APFS Container disk2 749.4 GB
disk1s2

3: EFI NO NAME 104.9 MB
disk1s3

4: Microsoft Basic Data BOOTCAMP 250.2 GB
disk1s4

/dev/disk2 (synthesized):

#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER

0: APFS Container Scheme - +870.5 GB
disk2

Physical Stores disk0s2, disk1s2

1: APFS Volume Macintosh HD 604.1 GB
disk2s1

2: APFS Volume Preboot 43.2 MB disk2s2

3: APFS Volume Recovery 512.4 MB
disk2s3

4: APFS Volume VM 20.5 KB disk2s4

I've tried to convert the partition into the correct format so that BCA will recognise it - this hasn't helped/worked.

I also can't unpartition it in diskutility, even in internet recovery this hasn't been possible.

Looking for any help anyone can give me.

Thanks

Joe
