I found that the server cannot deploy user profiles to client computer but can deploy device profiles to all computer. The only machine can deploy user profiles is the macOS Server machine. Is anyone have such experience?

Issue found. The testing account became "Local Server" instead of from "Active Directory". Account deleted and search priority changed to AD first solved the issue.
