delete appleid
On this MacBook Pro, there is a Appleid that belongs to no one who uses this computer. It may have been inserted by a hack. Is there any way to get rid of that Appleid?

Where are you seeing the ID? If for updates from the App Store or iTunes, delete the associated application or file.
You can also restore your computer from a backup made prior to the ID appearing or erase/reinstall and be very careful what data you restore to make sure you don't restore the ID.
