Itunes downloads in french

I need to download iTunes in English, but because I live in france it insists in downloading in French, can I change it to English.

Downloading movies in English from Spanish ITunes i use the iTunes Store in Spain because I live here but when I rent a movie from Apple, I want it to be in English (if that is the original version). Every time I try to download something, I get the Spanish version and no way to change it to English. Is there a way around this? It kind of sucks. Thanks.
