Kernel panic problem

My iphone 7 plus has undergone a screen replacement days ago.

After that kernel panic occurs

What could be the problem？

hardware problem？

What should I do?

For 2 months Iphone 12 giving me a black screen and I did a restart several times and it cleared the problem, however, the problem persisted and I restored the phone to the original state. problem still persists. Any idea on cure- thx. On many occasions Iphone 12 gave a black screen and every time I managed to restart by pressing the UP-Down button and then the on/off button to the right and it worked. However, after several black screens and restarts I did a system restore but 2 days later I got the black screen again. Is there a cure - thx.

Problem in my iphone 7 plus Sir I have black screen of death in my iphone 7 plus...i got ios 14.7 updated yet but problem will be not fixed...please resolved this issue

Go back to the Apple Store or Authorized Service center where your screen was replaced and explain your problem.
