preorded book no longer available on iBooks but it keeps asking me to download it

I preordered a book on iBooks but before I could download it it was removed from the site. Now every time I try to download music or anything I keep getting a pop up saying the book is waiting to be downloaded but if I click the button to do it nothing happens as its not available and then I can’t download my music I want. Any idea to stop the pop up or to remove the book from a preorder that’s been and gone and no longer available
