is there facial recognition for iPhone 7
My friend just got an iPhone 7S which she can open with facial recognition. I can't seem to find any information to clarify this anywhere on the web.

FaceID requires an iPhone X or newer.
Facial recognition is for iPhone X or newer or the new model iPad Pro's.
There is no such thing as an iPhone 7s so your friend could not have on.
AH HAH! I wondered! I was sure I had heard that correctly when the X came out. I questioned her on that but haven't seen the phone yet. She is quite the innocent when dealing with technology. She planned to go to a Galaxy, but I told her I'd never be able to help her with that.
