Question

Website access issues

I can access the following website https:optcorp.com on my iphone 8+ but not my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014). I get "safari cannot open the page". Never had this problem before. Any ideas?

By any chance are you using an ad blocker? If so, you try disabling it, quit safari.

Then try accessing the webpage again.

Awesome! Sometimes restarting safari is all that’s needed. Other times just restarting your device or Mac works.

Sometimes clearing the cache and web history also helps in addition to the steps above.

I did not have an ad blocker on but I restarted Safari and I can access the site now. Very strange but I really appreciate your response. Helped me solve the problem.
