And work out open ocean swim how can I change the breaststroke to freestyle

I have the series for Apple Watch and the activities mode ocean swimming it says I’m doing the breaststroke but I’m actually doing freestyle the distance doesn’t seem to be as accurate as my Garman watch was it seems to be a shorter distance and I’m traveling the same course how can I be more accurate

Incorrect distance in open water swimming The Apple watch series 8 shows the incorrect distance in open water swimming. I talk with apple support and did a complete setup still the issue is same. The 750 meters distance is shown as 320meters in the apple watch, If we use walking option in a workout app for swimming purpose then it shows 850meters distance of same round. The 5km distance is shown as 2.24km in the apple watch No GPS Tracking so no use of GPS Facility.

Swimming on open water Apple Watch's flaw swimming on open water! If you swim breastroke and kepp your arm under water the GPS does not detect the distance and does not update it when the arm comes out of the water. You swim 2 km and Apple Watch can score 1.3 Km! Garmin in this case wor best beacause update the distance when the arm comes out of the water! On need an upgrade!!!!
