I has a text messages plan on my iPhone 7plus I can send only text messaging to any android and iPhone but not a picture to android phone errors messages has to enable the MMS option but my iPhone does not has that option why?
To send MMS to a non-iOS device, you need to have an MMS plan with your carrier as well as a data plan, and you need to have cellular data turned on. Check with your carrier to make sure you have an MMS plan, then turn on cellular data and you should see the MMS switch under Settings>Messages.
