Sorting files by Name... broken on macOS Mojave?

When looking through Finder on macOS Mojave, all of my files are sorted in random order. My sort settings are set as Sort by Name but in the example below you can see the files are all out of order.

Anyone else experiencing alphabetization issues in Finder? Any ideas how to fix this?

So that is actually the Arrange By button, this works slightly differently from Sort By.

Open the folder the images are in then press View in the menubar and then click on Show View Options, click Arrange By select None and then set Sort By to Name you should now see them listed numerically/alphabetically. you can then have a play with the Arrange By to see how it affects how the items are displayed.
