Thanks for stopping by the Apple Support Communities. If I understand your post, you have an Apple Music membership and would like to know how you can listen on a Windows 10 PC. I'd be happy to provide you with some information on doing that!

When using a Windows 10 PC, you can access your Apple Music catalogue through the iTunes app. If you don't already have iTunes downloaded on your Windows 10 PC, you can get it from the Microsoft Store: Get iTunes - Microsoft Store . If you already have iTunes, make sure it's up to date: Update to the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support .

Once you've got the latest version of iTunes installed, just sign into the Apple ID account you use with Apple Music: Sign in to the App Store and iTunes Store on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC, or Apple TV - Apple Support , make sure iCloud Music Library is enabled: Turn on iCloud Music Library - Apple Support , and you'll be good to go!
