blacked out iPhone

blacked out iPhone

i was talking on my phone and then in the next second it went black and it has this white circle moving in the center of the phone and i can't get it do anything.. I tried turning it out but that doesn't work.

can someone please help me.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities! I see from your post that your iPhone suddenly shutdown and you're not able to turn it back on. I use my iPhone daily and I understand how important it is to have it up and running and ready to go at anytime.
