Hi, I moved from US to Montenegro. How can I change country on my account??

There isn't an iTunes Store in Montenegro, until if/when Apple open one there you wouldn't be able to change the country nor download any more store content (you can't continue to use the US store). If you want to leave feedback to Apple about it : http://www.apple.com/feedback/
