Apple TV keeps switching input

I got a new Phillips TV with Easylink (Hdmi cec). + Apple TV 4. I use this setup for when i use the apple remote. the TV switch to the HDMI (Apple tv). This has always worked with my old TV (Sony). But now every few minutes the TV switch "back" to Apple tv. I do not know if there is a problem with Phillips or it is IOS 12.1??? It's seems like anytime some network activity happens on the Apple tv it change the port on my TV. On the Apple tv i have turned off. Apps running in the background and the app autoupdate function.

Mine keeps switching my receiver input to tv when I’m trying to watch something else and it’s turned off. I tried going to settings > remotes and devices > controls TVs and receivers and set it to off. This did t fix my problem, but maybe it will work for you?
