Problem with Apple TV HDMI-CEC and Philips TV

When this setting is switched to on, on the Apple TV, it will switch the source to the HDMI input of the Apple TV even when no button is pressed on the Apple TV remote.

This continually happens so much so you have to turn the setting off.

I have two other devices connected to the TV, Sky Q (UK) and Nintendo switch, which work perfectly, it’s just the Apple TV that doesn’t.

I have another Apple TV connected to Samsung TV which works perfectly.

Any ideas on why the Philips TV and Apple TV don’t work together as intended.
