How to record line level audio onto iPad with no headphone socket?
I have a stereo mixer and wish to record its output on my iPad. I have two iPads, one with 30-Pin socket (as well as a U/S headphone socket which is loose) and the other with Lightning socket and no headphone socket at all.
Is it possible? How do I do it?

Thank you, I know the Lightning to 3.5 mm adapters work for listening to the output from a Lightning socket.
Are you saying they also work in reverse and can be used as an input to the Lightning Socket?
What about impedance? An output to headphones is low impedance, whereas the input I want to provide will be at line level.
