Disable the semi-transparent Blue circle over on "my location" in Apple Maps?
When Using Apple Maps I see a semi-transparent blue circle over on my location.
How can I disable that circle?

I tried disabling Location, and that did the trick.
This is how I did it.
System preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy tab > Location Services.
Then I highlighted Maps, and deselected it.
Thanks for the help!
If you want to remove it for screenshot purposes, turn off WiFi, but of course the location service will be off too.
Thanks for responding. I think that you are saying that I can't disable the "my location" feature?
I want to view the satellite image that happens to be at my current location, without the circle disturbing my view. I can't do that? I can only use the satellite image at other locations (unless I accept the interference of that circle).
You can view your location in satellite view, temporarily disable WiFi, which will eliminate the circle.
I'd LOVE to be able to disable it! It's a PITA for screenshots to disable wifi to do it.
Apple has a feedback page for macOS Maps
Not if you have the WiFi icon in the menu bar. Takes two clicks.
You can't.
