Is there a way to install apps from two different Apple IDs?

Just a quick summary with unnecessary details: I’m from country A (and my Apple ID is from that country), but recently moved to country B. There are some apps that are available only on the country B app store (such as banking apps, or certain online stores), so I created a new Apple ID to access apps that are country B specific. Previously, I downloaded the apps on iTunes, and installed them by connecting the iPhone to the computer, but that functionality was removed from iTunes. Is there a way to continue having apps from both app stores, without having to log out in the iPhone from my country A Apple ID? I really don’t want to do that, because of the waiting period (i believe is 90 days)... if I switch Apple IDs in the iPhone, then mi phone would be tied to the country B Apple ID for three months.
