I am currently attempting to create an Apple ID for the iTunes Store. But whenever it gives me the option to "Review Information" I put in all the information, then I put Payment Method as none. Then when I click next, it says "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction.". I currently have not found any fixes for this.
