How do I turn on love photos on FaceTime.?

I just updated my iPhone 6splus and it doesn’t let me take Live Photo’s on FaceTime. Ive searched up how to enable it, and it says go to Settings then “FaceTime” and it should give me the option to enable, but when I do that, it doesn’t give me the option. What do I do.?
