Why is NBC app live tv not working for my appletv?
I did all the troubleshooting but still not functioning. However The app does live stream on my iphone.
Apple TV 4K, iOS 12
I’m sure they are two totally unrelated apps. I have a problem with the nbc Atv app too. Trying to verify with the code on the msnbc section, I enter the code, continue and select directv. It just returns an error code sc400 and trying the steps to report trouble with the app just crashes. All the other sections of the nbc app work though. Is this similar to your problem?
