Hey, I can not connect to my email address via the application or the method of adding an account to "internet accounts". After doing my two-step verification, the connection for sync freeze. What can I do ?

Just so I understand, you are referring to your Gmail password here ... correct? ... and that account is protected with two-step verification ... correct? If both of these are correct, did you create an App-Specific password to use for the password that you enter for this account in the Mail app?

can you check the IMAP/POP permissions in your Gmail account? Is the setting for IMAP/POP access on?
settings>Settings>Forwarding and POP/IMAP> IMAP Access> Enable IMAP.
i think this setting might not be turned on.
is it the default mail account of your IOS device or the GMail app?
Can you successfully log into your Google account? Can you access your Gmail via a web browser ... just not able to add it to the Mail app on your notebook? ... by "two-step verification" are you referring to your Google account?
Finally, did you upgrade to macOS Mojave or do a "clean" install BEFORE upgrading to 10.14.1?
Yes i change my Gmail password few days ago and yes my Gmail account is protected with two-step verification. I didn't create an app specific password. I try it now with the same results, the login freeze.
If you already tried completely removing this account from the Mail app, and then, adding it back in ... and it still won't let you log in, then I'm afraid that I'm at a loss on what the issue may be. Maybe someone else who has come across the same issue, and found a solution, will chime it to help you. Good luck!
I checked the Gmail settings POP/IMAP are Eneble.
This Gmail adress is my default mail account for all apple services.
With other e-mail adress the connection work very well. Just with my principal e-mail don't sync..
