How can I add effects to multiple tracks at once?

I'm working on a podcast. I have a bunch of audio tracks. i want to apply the same filters to all of them (some izotope filters, EQ, limiter). How can I do that? I feel like this is very simple and I'm missing something.

Thanks!

In addition to the other great ways listed already, I just create and save a channel strip with all my defaults then apply that strip to the other tracks as needed. If it's going to be repetitive, as mine often are, then I save an empty project as a template so I only even have to do that just once. Open the correct template when starting a new project.
