Go to the settings on your iPhone and select General. Under that, select CarPlay and then your vehicle, which should be listed. You will then see your CarPlay screen and applications. You can move apps around and delete any apps you don't want to see. Not every application has a CarPlay app. If it does, it will show up automatically in CarPlay.
