Raises to talk no work Apple Watch 4

Just the same problem here with the feature "Raise to Speak" on my Apple Watch S4. I can see Siri write down my request and, immediately after, fade away on the watch face without any feedback. Resetting both Apple Watch S4 and the iPhone as new (no backup) does not help. It seems that the problem occurs with the Italian or other languages other than English. At the same time on the watch I have no problem with Siri when called by "Hey Siri" or by pressing the digital crown. It is not possible to have this important feature completely non-functional on a such hi-end device. We have paid entirely and Apple must fix it as soon as possible.

I feel your pain, and i fully agree; i feel Apple cheated on me. They dont deliver what is advertised. Paying lots of something that is incomplete, regardless the size of the bug/problem

WatchOS 5 came and right from that moment, Siri wasnt working. Plenty of people who reported it!

5.0.1 came ... still no solution

5.1 came, a big update, still no solution. Instead, that software bricked thousands of watches world wide (without even a statement.... very, very amateurstic)

5.1.1 just arrived.....and guess what? STILL no solution..

There is only 1 simple conclusion; Apple just doenst care...

My own conclusion is; i wear my watch, i use my iPhone, my iPad and my iMac, but all my new products in the future wont be purchased in Apple stores anymore!!

It feels like im being used to beta test an incomplete product and meanwhile paying lots of $$$ for it!

I bet that it isn’t working for the majority of Apple Watch 4 users. The reason that this issue isn’t ‘exploding’ is most likely because not that many people use this feature, perhaps not many people know it’s there. Perhaps not many use Siri at all.

Nevertheless it should work as advertised.

I wanted to report that on Apple watch series 4 OS 5.1.1 raises and speaks does not work!
