Again I ask,

How to Change the name of a Bluetooth device on iPhone X

The answer always provided says to:

Go to Settings > Bluetooth > and tap on the device it will bring up several options.

One of them is Name, tap it and it will allow you to enter a new name for the device.

On my I-devices there is no 'Name', only ‘Disconnect’ or ‘Forget This Device.’

Others, like Michael in Feb 2018 have the same problem I have and when he said so he got no further reply.

The photo below provided in Change the name of a Bluetooth accessory - Apple Support shows a 'Name' entry but there is none on my iPhones nor iPod.

What am I missing?

No 'Name' shows on my iPhones or iPod.

I have 3 sets of EarPods (not Apple AirPods) from the same company and need to differentiate each by a different name.
