I am using the Apple Watch series 4 and there is one issue that bothers me. After a day of activity the number of steps in the Workout-app on the Watch differs from the number of steps in the Health-app on my iPhone. Is this correct? I thought they should be the same?

No, all the phone and the watch do is use censers to watch movements that stop abruptly
like if you jumped it would count that as a step. Now that also depends on if your connected to your watch through iCloud because if your watch and phone are connected via encryption it should have the same amount of steps. If not then your answer is no.

when you set up your apple watch, you also set up iCloud on there right?
