iPhone XR Screen Not Turning Off Properly

Hello,

I recently purchased an XR and the screen doesn’t seem to turn off all at once. The upper right corner has a slight delay before it turns black. This occurs on iOS 12.1.

Has anyone else experienced this? I’d like to determine if this is something worth exchanging the phone for.

Any help would be appreciated.
